Changes made from version 2.80 to 2.90:

Added notification for not being able to unlock or authenticate maps.
Added support for loading course Pars based on gender setting.
Added gender selection to device settings.
Improved club tracking interface to only prompt for Driver once.
Fixed issue with not being able to clear alert pages if the screen is locked.
Fixed issue with Driver distance not saving properly when using metric units.
